PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a common mode choke coil which inhibits silver from being diffused over glass ceramic while using the silver as material of a conductor coil and the glass ceramic as material of a non-magnetic layer, and therefore can manufacture a highly reliable common mode choke coil.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a common mode choke coil (10) laminating a non-magnetic layer (3) and a second magnetic layer (5) on a first magnetic layer (1), and including two conductor coils (2, 4) opposed to each other in the non-magnetic layer (3) comprises the steps of: forming the conductor coils (2, 4) by a conductor including silver; and burning glass ceramic with the conductor including silver in the atmosphere where an oxygen concentration is 0.1 vol.% or less so that the non-magnetic layer (3) is at least partly formed. |
