The hardware interface electronically couples with one or more computer systems. The data retrieval module is configured to access and retrieve data on a third-party electronic network. The encryption module applies encryption to the data such that an at least partially-anonymized subset of the data is available in response to a request for data. The encrypted database stores the data and the at least partially-anonymized subset of the data.
