PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conversion device, and a power module applying the same power conversion device, capable of suppressing, on the occurrence of a crack in a solder layer, the progression of the crack.SOLUTION: Each power transformer (T1-T3) is connected in series so that a voltage is supplied from the secondary side of a power transformer of each phase (W phase, V phase and U phase) to the primary side of the power transformer of the next phase. A voltage bridge part which bridges over each insulation part (50a-50c, 60, 60a, 60b) to perform voltage supply between respective phases is configured by the power transformer (T1-T3) for each phase.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
