摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the collection efficiency of ultrafine particles by generating uniform discharge in carrier gas containing electroconductive ultrafine particles. CONSTITUTION:This device for recovering ultrafine particles is equipped with a discharge electrode-supporting rod 2 having a discharge electrode 1 which generates corona discharge and charges electroconductive ultrafine particles contained in carrier gas, the external cylinder 4 of a collector and a detachable cylindrical type hopper 5. The external cylinder 4 of the collector has the inflow port of carrier gas containing ultrafine particles and the outflow port of carrier gas. The discharge electrode-supporting rod 2 is inserted into the center axis of the external cylinder 4. The hopper 5 is inserted into the external cylinder 4 and arranged concentrically in the inside of the discharge electrode-supporting rod 2. The hopper 5 forms a discharge electrode for attracting the ultrafine particles charged by uniformly generating corona discharge from the discharge electrode.</p> |
