A valve plate, comprising: an installation post (11) having a plurality of air grooves (111) for dispersing airflow on at least a top surface of the installation post (11); and a plurality of blades (12) circumferentially arranged outside the installation post (11), the radial inner end of each blade (12) being connected to the installation post (11) and being able to elastically swing relative to the installation post (11). Also provided is an air pump having the blades. The valve plate effectively reduces the noise of airflow, thus reducing the noise of an air pump. |
