<p>The assembly has a nose section (36) for introducing a parallelepiped shaped intervertebral cage body (1) in an intervertebral space (E) by impaction. The nose section is connected to the cage body in an off-centered position such that the rotation of the nose section induce an opening in the space, and the displacement of the body as that of a cam, in a simultaneous manner, when the cage is introduced in the space. Main axes (A, A') of the nose section and the body are parallel. External walls of the body define a lordosis angle of 15 degrees. An independent claim is also included for an ancillary part for positioning an intra-vertebral stabilization assembly.</p> |
