PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ant prevention effect by providing a termite-prevention sheet on at least one face of a net-made base material, and forming a protection sheet providing a moisture prevention sheet on at least the other face of the base material. SOLUTION: A net-like base material 3 constituted by a net 2 is provided, a termite-prevention sheet 4 is adhered and fixed on the whole face of one hand of the base material 3, and a moisture prevention sheet 5 is adhered and fixed on the whole other face to mold a protection sheet 1. A sheet matter comprising thick paper and a synthetic resin capable of impregnating an anti- termite agent in the termite-prevention sheet is formed so as to have flexibility as a raw material, and a polyethylene sheet is used as a moisture prevention sheet 5. Next, in order to wind the protection sheet 1 around an underfloor column, the termite prevention sheet 4 comes into contact with a timber, the moisture prevention sheet 5 is wound so as to be positioned on the side of a reverse timber, and no gap is produced between the termite prevention sheet 4 and the column. Thus, termite prevention and moisture prevention effect can be obtained at an underfloor position.
