PURPOSE: A ski carrier being mounted with adhesive and molding is provided to carry a ski, a boat, tools, implements, or the like by mounting the carrier on a roof of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A ski carrier being mounted with adhesive and molding is characterized in that a molding of which bottom surface is bonded with a double-sided adhesive tape is attached on a roof of a vehicle without any damages of the roof, and the carrier is attached and fastened on the molding with bolts, thereby the carrier can be mounted on the roof of the vehicle without any scratches and damages on the roof.
