PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an interior finish material hardly destroyed during an earthquake, by reducing a force, generated by the earthquake, through the use of the elasticity of a rubber structure so as to transfer the force to the interior finish material during the earthquake, and enabling the interior finish material to gradually move while following the elasticity of the rubber structure. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the interior finish material employs the rubber structure 3 which is equipped with a rubber 4 formed in a predetermined thickness, and a metallic plate (iron plate 6) embedded inside the rubber. The rubber structure is installed toward the substrate surface (floor concrete slab 2) of the interior finish material; the other end of a first fixing implement (a rivet 8) with a head 15 provided at one end passes through the rubber structure so as to be fixed to a substrate surface; the head is locked to one surface of the metallic plate, so that the rubber structure can be attached to the substrate surface; the interior finish material (runner 1) is placed on the attached rubber structure; the other end of the second fixing implement (screw 20) with a head 19 provided at one end passes through the interior finish material so as to be fixed to the metallic plate of the rubber structure; and the head is locked to the interior finish material, so that the interior finish material can be attached to the rubber structure.
