This disclosure relates to the combination of soluble -glucan and immune suppressionrelieving agents that affect the tumor microenvironment. Soluble -glucan promotes an immunostimulatory environment, which allows enhanced effectiveness of anti-angiogenics, checkpoint inhibitors including non-tumor targeting antibodies.
