PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall-hung type sanitation apparatus capable of reducing the amount of dirt stacked and of improving the appearance by concealing the functional part of drain hardware installed below a bowl section. SOLUTION: This wall-hung type sanitation apparatus comprises a bowl section, an exhaust port provided at the bottom portion of the bowl section, and a washing water discharge section for discharging washing water placed above the bowl section; and a cover concealing a drain hardware forming a trap portion by connecting a drain pipe installed on a wall or floor to the exhaust port arranged below the bowl section is formed together as one united body.
