<p>PURPOSE: A thin film transistor display panel is provided to have a middle sustain electrode connected to a drain electrode in capacity and a sustain electrode, thereby forming enough sustain capacity without lowering an aperture ratio and transmittance. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor display panel comprises gate lines(121,129), sustain electrode lines(131,138), gate insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, data lines(171,179), a drain electrode(175), a lower layer, a middle sustain electrode(136), an upper layer, and a pixel electrode(191). The gate line comprises a gate electrode(124). The gate line is formed on a substrate. The sustain electrode line comprises a sustain electrode. The sustain electrode is formed on the substrate. The gate insulating layer is formed on a gate line and a sustain electrode line. The semiconductor layer is formed on the gate insulating layer.</p> |
