PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telemetry system for economically, securely and efficiently collecting monitor information on a plurality of meters such as electric power and water service to information collection devices since there is a fault that it is necessary to install a connection means to a communication network such as the Internet in a consumer of electric power and gas, installation construction cost becomes great depending on housing enterprise and cost of construction accompanying changing of the consumer becomes great in a method for photographing the meter and transmitting a picture by an electronic mail as an example of a method for measuring usage of electric power and gas and the like in a conventional remote inspection operating support system. SOLUTION: In the telemetry system in which an information detection device having a monitor transmits the monitor information from the monitor to the information collection device of a distribution destination that a center device designates, an operation parameter of a device of the telemetry system collecting the monitor information on the electric power and gas meters is efficiently and economically set with down loading by a remote operation from the center device.
