PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patent information management system capable of easily changing an input screen according to the job of a user on the user side.

SOLUTION: A setting screen 11 for prompting the user to input information for setting validity or invalidity for each entry is displayed. An input from the user to the setting screen 11 is acquired, setting information for each user is generated and recorded. From the recorded setting information for each user and model information of the input screen, a user-based input screen 12 is generated, and displayed on a display.
