PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of resin-molding a motor core, which can position a magnet to be inserted into an insertion hole of the motor core by a simple method, and can improve motor characteristics.SOLUTION: The method of resin-molding the motor core includes: inserting a magnet 3 having resin projections 4 formed on a side face 3a in an insertion hole 2 formed in a motor core 1; clamping the motor core by a mold die 5 while positioning the magnet 3 on the hole wall face of the insertion hole 2 so as to keep a prescribed clearance therebetween; charging a mold resin 15 into the insertion hole 2, heating it to be cured, and integrally resin-molding the magnet 1 with respect to the motor core 1. |
