PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate sliding worn powder in a sliding plane of a magnetic head, to reduce dielectric breakdown of the magnetic head caused by eliminating sliding worn particles, and to reduce the roughness of the sliding plane of the magnetic head. SOLUTION: The electrification of a cleaning roller part 32 is suppressed and the dielectric breakdown of the magnetic heads 23<SB>1</SB>, 123<SB>2</SB>is reduced by constituting the cleaning roller part 32 in slidable contact with magnetic heads 23<SB>1</SB>, 23<SB>2</SB>by piling grounded conductive members. Further, the roughness of the sliding face of the magnetic heads 23<SB>1</SB>, 23<SB>2</SB>is suppressed by setting a rigidity such as the elastic modulus of the cleaning roller part 32 so as to have a prescribed value.
