PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio LSI in which a delay does not occur in a transmission of confirmation response data. SOLUTION: Frame control information is latched from reception data RD during a reception by a latch circuit 25 provided in a receiver/transmitter 20A, and the frame control information is decoded by a decoder 26 to decode a data length and a data structure in an address region. Further, data of the address region of the reception data RD are latched according to information of the decoded address information by the latch circuit 25. A comparison circuit 28 compares a content of a register 27 which registers a mating address in which a preparation of data to be transmitted is completed with an originator address of the reception data RD during the reception, to decide a set/reset of a frame suspension in the confirmation response data. The decided content is transferred to a data link 30A. Thus, as information required for the confirmation response data can be obtained before a reception of the reception data RD is completed, no delay occurs in the transmission of the reception response data.
