PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow player to expect winning of a special combination without decreasing game tokens when the special combination is not won during a specified frequency of games without keeping a stock of winning special combinations. SOLUTION: In a normal game state, lottery of a winning combination is performed using a winning-combination lottery table 62A having a winning probability of replay set to X1. In an RT game state, lottery of the winning combination is performed using a winning-combination lottery table 62C having a winning probability of replay set to X2 (X2<X1). After completion of a special game, the RT game state starts. In the RT game state, if the frequency of games without winning the special combination reaches a predetermined frequency or greater, the RT game state ends and the normal game state starts, and it continues at least when the special combination is won.
