PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which has less photo-deterioration and contains a phthalocyanine near-IR absorbent. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner, at least (A) the phthalocyanine near-IR absorbent and (B) a UV absorbent are dispersed. If the average of the shortest distances between the respective proximate A and B is defined as d and the standard deviation of this time is defined asσ, relation 2≤d/σ≤6 is satisfied.
