The present invention relates to a leg exercise and pelvis correction apparatus. The leg exercise and pelvis correction apparatus comprises: a mounting part comprising a seat supporting the hip part of a user and wing plates arranged on both sides of the seat; an arm part allowing leg exercises, and comprising first and second arm members which are connected to one point of the seat to be able to rotate and form a fixed angle between each other, and an elastic member which is arranged between the first and second arm members and maintains a fixed angle when pressurizing force applied to the first and second arm members is released; an air generation part installed and connected between the first and second arm members to generate air when pressurizing force is applied to the first and second arm members; and an air expansion part arranged on the wing plate, and connected to receive the air generated in the air generation part, thereby being expanded toward the seat by air injection so the right and left sides of the pelvis of the user can be compressed and corrected. The pelvis of the user is corrected by air generated during leg exercises so leg exercises and pelvis correction can be performed at the same time.
