PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fabricate an inductor in the manufacturing process of substrate, and to achieve a highly accurate high performance inductor built-in substrate.SOLUTION: A magnetic material 12 has a core 15 around which a coil is wound, and extension 16 interconnected with the core 15, and extending around the outside of the coil from the positive electrode side and negative electrode side of the coil. A cavity 17 exists in the way of the extension 16, and divides the extension 16 into a first extension 16a extending from the positive electrode side of the coil, and a second extension 16b extending from the negative electrode side of the coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
