The present invention relates to a red pepper sauce with seafood. The red pepper sauce contains apples, Korean angelica roots, milk vetch roots, licorice, and a red pepper paste as main ingredients and prepared by boiling the red pepper paste down with a stock, which is made with apples, Korean angelica roots, milk vetch roots, licorice, and minor ingredients such as onions, garlic, green onion, etc. The red pepper sauce with seafood has advantages of: enabling a consumer to eat fresh seafood simply and healthy; and having a rich flavor of the stock and original tastes of seafood. |
