The present invention relates to a ground water pressure testing apparatus that is used in a field test for measuring the water permeability of the ground in which an irrigation pipe (20) is installed in a borehole, the test section (L) is sealed by a packer (10), and then water is forced in at a predetermined pressure through the irrigation pipe (20) to calculate the lugeon value by observing the flow rate or the like. A main packer film (13) and an auxiliary packer film (14) are installed to be separated away from each other at both ends of a packer tube (12), and a water leak detection pipe (16) that is connected to the ground is installed in the packer tube (12) in the separated portion so as to detect leaking of the water injected through the irrigation pipe (20) through the main packer film (13) and a borehole wall. According to the present invention, mismeasurements can be detected in real time during the ground water pressure testing, and thus the accuracy of the ground water pressure testing can be improved and effective design and construction are possible in related construction projects. |
