According to one embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is an organic light emitting display device capable of ameliorating a color variation phenomenon intensified in a low gray scale. The organic light emitting display device includes: a substrate; a plurality of scan lines on the substrate and configured to transmit a scan signal; a plurality of data lines and a plurality of driving voltage lines crossing the scan lines and configured to transmit a data voltage and a driving voltage, respectively; and a plurality of pixels including a first pixel, a second pixel, and a third pixel, and connected to the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. Each of the pixels includes: a switching transistor connected to the scan lines and the data lines; a driving transistor connected to the switching transistor; and an organic light emitting diode electrically connected to the driving transistor. A driving range of the driving transistor of at least one of the first pixel, the second pixel and the third pixel, is different from the driving range of the driving transistor of at least another one of the first pixel the second pixel, and the third pixel. |
