<p>The invention regards a method for manufacturing ceramic tiles with rough surface, in which subjected to baking in a kiln is a support made of ceramic material applied on which is a first decorative layer, and a second surface layer composed of precursor glass material made up of SiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 -M 2 O-M'O-B 2 O 3 , wherein M may be selected from among Na, K, Li or a combination of these elements and M' may be selected from among Mg, Ca, Ba, Sr, Zn, Pb or a combination of these elements, during said baking occurring both the sintering of the ceramic mixture and the formation from said precursor glass material of a glass-ceramic material comprising neoformation crystals of which the main constituent is a aluminosilicate of general formula (Sr, Ca, Mg)Al 2 Si 2 O 8 . Furthermore, the invention regards the material for glass-ceramic coating and the tile coated therewith.
The precursor glass has the following composition in wt%: 35-70 SiO 2 ,10-30 Al 2 O 3 , ‰§ 6 M 2 O, ‰§ 20 M'O, 0-15 B 2 O 3 , 0-10 K 2 O, 0-10 Na 2 O, 0-10 Li 2 O, 0-25 SrO, 0-25 CaO, 0-25 MgO, 0-25 BaO, 0-25 ZnO, 0-25 PbO.</p> |
