A FOLDING DEVICE OF HEADREST

PURPOSE: A headrest folding apparatus is provided to independently apply a function of controlling a height of a headrest and a function of folding the headrest by installing a stay tube between a stay and a guide. CONSTITUTION: A headrest folding apparatus comprises a guide(200), a stay tube(300), a stay, and a locking member(500). The guide is fixed to a seat back. The stay tube is inserted into the guide. The stay is inserted into the stay tube. A hinge section(430) is folded to be drawn to the outside of the stay tube when combination of the hinge section and the stay tube is canceled. A locking member includes the first locking member(510) and the second locking member(520). The first locking member maintains a withdrawal of the stay tube. The second locking member fixes the stay tube to the guide.
