<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To package an object to be packaged which is formed by bundling a plurality of members, with high workability and at a low cost, and reduce the quantity of waste to be produced. SOLUTION: An object 12 to be packaged which is formed into a substantially quadrangular prismatic shape by collecting four lighting fixtures 11 having the same shape is packaged by a packaging apparatus 10. The packaging apparatus 10 is provided with a pair of cushioning members 21 and a pair of flat sheets 35, which are formed of one corrugated board sheet, respectively. Each cushioning member 21 is disposed at the respective ends of the object 12 with the flat sheets 35 sandwiched between the lighting fixtures. Each cushioning member 21 maintains a shape of the packaged object by engaging an engaging part 33 with an engagement receiving part 31. An outer circumference of each cushioning member 21 is bound with a band 37, respectively, thus completing packaging work.</p> |
