PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ejection head for preventing air retention at descenders and irregular reflection of an ejection pressure while materializing multi-nozzles and high density nozzle holes, and further for reducing a descender diameter, enhancing the density of the descenders and preventing leak between the adjacent descenders. SOLUTION: The ejection head includes a plate laminate 20 constituted by laminating a plurality of plates including a pressure chamber plate 11 and a nozzle plate 18, and a communication path 21 having communication paths 26 communicating between the pressure chambers 31 and nozzle holes 38, the communication path including a body other than the plate laminate 20, wherein the communication path 21 includes a groove forming member 23 formed with grooves 25 on surface as the communication paths 26, and a cover member 24 covering the grooves 25, and disposed between the plate 11 and the plate 18 in the plate laminate 20.
