PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release a coating film from a coating mold by forming an intercepting member from a substance evaporated at predetermined evaporation temp. or higher. SOLUTION: A coating soln. forming an endless belt is injected in a coating mold 1 and the coating mold 1 is rotated at a high speed to form a coating film 2 on the inner peripheral surface of the coating mold 1. An intercepting member 3 for intercepting the outflow of the coating soln. is formed from a substance evaporated at predetermined evaporation temp. or higher and, as this evaporative substance, a substance of which the evaporation temp. is higher than the heating temp. drying and solidifying the coating film 2, for example, 80 deg.C and lower than the highest temp. for example, 300 deg.C is used and, for example,α-naphthoquinone, anthracene, NMA, diphenyl isophthalate, TCNQ, terephthalic acid or perylene is used. After the coating film 2 is dried and solidified, the evaporative substance is evaporated to peel the adhesion part of the coating film from the end part of the part bonded to the coating mold 1 of the coating film 2. |
