PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a customer operating an automatic transaction device naturally read a campaign message of a campaign screen. SOLUTION: When the automatic transaction device 1 sends a customer ID acquired from a transaction medium of the customer to a customer information management device 2, the customer management device 2 retrieves campaign information corresponding to the customer ID received from the automatic transaction device 1 from a CRM-DB 4, and transmits message head position information and the campaign screen by the retrieved campaign information to the automatic transaction device 1. The automatic transaction device 1 displays the received campaign screen on a customer operation display part 1a, and displays a moving mark near a heat character of the message inside the campaign screen on the basis of the message head position information to lead a view line of the customer to the message.
