PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to more easily and more accurately inspect the injecting state of fluid in a device for inspecting the injecting state of the fluid by the electrical change with uncharged fluid. SOLUTION: In a printer 20, an oscillation circuit 53 connecting with a pair of opposing electrodes 52 and 52 arranged for an ink droplet passable therebetween is electrically oscillated and its oscillating state is detected by a frequency detecting part so as to detect whether the ink droplet is normally jetted from an inkjet device 21 or not by checking whether the count number, which is the number of peaks counted during the gated time, during which ink droplets are jetted, lies between the threshold value or a predetermined percentage such as 90% or the like of the count number, which is the number of peaks counted during the gated time, during which no ink droplet is jetted, or not. Thus, the presence or absence of jetting of ink droplets is inspected by detecting the change of the oscillating frequency generated by the change of permittivity developed by whether he ink droplet paste between the electrodes 52 and 52 of a capacitor or not.
