PURPOSE: An LED emergency light is provided to maintain a full-charged state of a battery by preventing damage to an operating circuit caused by unstable commercial power. CONSTITUTION: An interrupter switch(120) is connected with a power line between a rectifying unit(20) and a PFC unit(30). The interrupter switch supplies power outputted from the rectifying unit to the PFC unit. An overdischarge blocking unit(110) prevents the overdischarge of the power supplied to the PFC unit by sensing a voltage size of the power. The overdischarge blocking unit senses the overdischarge by sensing an output voltage of the rectifying unit. A UPS unit(200) includes a battery(210), a charging unit(220), a full-charged sensing unit(230), a power outage sensing unit(240), a discharge switch(250), a power outage alarm unit(260), and an overdischarge preventing unit(270).
