PURPOSE: A rotary toothbrush is provided, which can be rotated to be linear when brushing molar teeth and to be T-shape when brushing front teeth or canine teeth. CONSTITUTION: A rotary toothbrush comprises: a handle in which a lever is installed; a head unit(20) in which a brush of toothbrush is transplanted in the bottom surface and a rotary shaft is perpendicularly installed in the upper side; a tilting member(40) which is tilted around a tilting shaft upward by the actuating rod connected to the lever; and a rotary unit(50) which is rotated around the rotary shaft when the tilting member is tilted.
