PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of oxide in a ladling part without changing the molten metal feeding system by a simple ladle. SOLUTION: A lid body 11 comprising a substrate 12 and a ceramic porous body 13 and having a molten metal ladling outlet 14 on the center and a plurality of gas feed pipes 19 therearound is disposed on a ladling part 8 adjacent to a heating unit 5 to heat and insulate the molten metal M in an elevating/lowering manner by an elevating/lowering unit 16, inert gas is fed into the ceramic porous body 13 through the gas feed pipes 19, and the molten metal surface is shielded by the inert gas. A ladle 20 provided with a box-shaped ladle body 21 having an inlet 22 and an outlet 23 of the molten metal M on a side surface thereof, and having a trap wall 24 to regulate the slag flow in the ladle body 21 is prepared. The ladle 20 is moved straight by the operation of a robot 30, and inserted in the molten metal ladling outlet 14, the molten metal M of the predetermined amount is ladled, and carried to a casting machine side while suppressing oxidation of the molten metal M.
