PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particulate heating device capable of efficiently and uniformly heating large amounts of particulates and dispensing with a dust collecting device. SOLUTION: This particulate heating device 1 is provided with a stirring mechanism 7 having stirring blades 12 in a case 6, and further comprises a pug mill type mixer 2 for conveying the particulate charged from a material charging opening 4 into the case 6, toward a material discharge opening 5 while stirring the particular by the stirring blades 12, and a far infrared ray heater 3 mounted on an upper part in the pug mill type mixer 2, and heating the particulate stirred by the stirring blades 12 by irradiating the far infrared ray generated from a lower face of a heating chamber 15.
