Provided are a data transmission method, apparatus and system, which can solve the problem in prior art of a data transmission delay caused due to the fact that a device needs to re-preempt an unlicensed carrier so as to transmit a retransmission packet. The data transmission method comprises: a first device transmitting, on a first carrier, data to a second device; the first device acquiring first configuration information; and the first device transmitting, on a second carrier, a retransmission packet of the data to the second device according to the first configuration information, the first configuration information indicating the sequence or position of the retransmission packet transmitted on the second carrier. |
