<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dosage dispensing device which realizes the highest reliability of function and the best safety, capable of being achieved in terms of the environmental pollution risk. <P>SOLUTION: The dosage dispensing device 100 has a container 110 for a dosage material having an outlet spout 111, and a metering element 120 adjacent to the outlet spout. The metering element has an inlet opening 123, an outlet opening 124, and a wall 125. The inlet opening 123 is on the side facing the container. The outlet opening 124 has a slot-like shape in a closed state and is disposed on the side that faces away from the container. The wall 125 is extended between the inlet opening and the outlet opening and has an inner face and an outer face. Furthermore, a foil-shaped material 140 penetrating through at least the inlet opening and the slot-shaped outlet opening and covering the inner face of the wall can be inserted in the dosage dispensing device.
