SOLUTION: The plasma flame 14 of a gaseous mixture G at least composed of gaseous argon and gaseous nitrogen is jetted at a high speed from the plasma flame jetting hole 5 of the main body 1 of a plasma nozzle, anatase type titanium oxide powder is jetted from a spot hole 7 for anatase type titanium oxide powder provided proximately to the outlet of the plasma flame jetting hole 5, and the coating 9 of anatase type titanium oxide having photocatalytic function is spray-formed on the surface of a substrate 8.
