摘要 The invention relates to mining industry, in particular to devices for destruction of rock and can be used in work mining (horizontal, vertical, inclined, rising) in complex mining and geological conditions and in complex massifs of hard rock with selective cutting of useful components, as well as in drilling and completing large diameter bore holes using magneto-pulse and explosion-magnetic effects. The invention is aimed at enhancing rate of work mining in complex mining and geological conditions and in complex massifs of hard rock with selective cutting of useful components in the form of fine-dispersed fractions produced using a new system comprising magneto-pulse and explosion-magnetic effects upon a working face The inventive aim is characterized in that for destruction of rock to fine-dispersed fractions the system comprises a rock cutting tool, a sealed elastic transport enclosure, a flexible rock removing auger(s), actuators for controlling rock destruction and transportation of dispersed rock, wherein the rock cutting tool comprises a power source, a frequency converter, a cylinder, with a central electrode arranged therein, the central electrode comprises a piston-head and an anvil and provided with magnetic dipole adapted to regulate rotatable angle thereof relative to the longitudinal axis of the drilling assembly and to horizontal plane arranged co-axially to the central electrode and located in an annular space filled with a liquid refrigerant. When implementing the invention ability is provided to work mining in the complex mining and geological conditions, including heavily-watered complex massifs with selective cutting of useful components, the inventive device allows to reach a high rate of rock destruction transforming thereof into fine-dispersed state and transporting thereof using flexible, transport means at high rate. In its turn, a high rate of rock destruction promotes power safety, production output and working rate by 2-3 times with a considerable metal consumption of the equipment in use and to enhance safety of mining operations due to the absence of personnel in the working zone.
