PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphenylene sulfide resin compsn. having excellent electro-conductivity, mechanical characteristics, and workability, and low anisotropy in the electro-conductivity and mechanical characteristics. SOLUTION: This compsn. comprises a polyphenylene sulfide resin (a) having a melt viscosity of 100-10,000 poise, at least one of conductive fiber (b) selected from a carbon fiber, a metal-coated carbon fiber, and a metal-coated glass fiber having not shorter than 2 mm fiber length, and at least one of conductive fiber (c) selected from a carbon fiber, a metal-coated carbon fiber, and a metal- coated glass fiber having not longer than 0.3 mm fiber length, and (a), (b), and (c) satisfies the following formulae (I) and (II) by weight ratio. Formula (I): 0.4<=(a)/[(a)+(b)+(c)]<=0.8. Formula (II): 0.2<=(b)/[(b)+(c)]<=0.8.
