PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce an impact to an organic light emitting device by forming a hygroscopic layer on a substrate body. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting device(70) is formed on a substrate body(111). A hygroscopic layer(220) is formed on the substrate body in order to cover the organic light emitting device. The hygroscopic layer is formed with a thermal deposition process. A first barrier layer(230) is formed on the substrate body in order to cover the hygroscopic layer. A first subsidiary barrier layer is formed between the hygroscopic layer and the first barrier layer. A second barrier layer(240) is formed on the substrate body in order to cover the first barrier layer. A second subsidiary barrier layer is formed between the first barrier layer and the second barrier layer.
