PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generator capable of generating the power for charging a secondary battery even under a low illuminance circumstance, and to provide an electronic apparatus and a watch.SOLUTION: The watch includes: a solar cell 31 which has laminated plural power generation layers and a booster circuit 70 that boosts the power voltage generated by the solar cell 31. With this, when the solar cell 31 is illuminated with light, each of the power generation layers generates the power. The voltage of the generated power is boosted by the booster circuit 70.
