摘要 The invention relates to a porous membrane having high permeability under rising temperature conditions, intended for packaging containers for fruit and vegetable produce. The membrane comprises a polymer matrix containing chitosan and formic acid, as well as comprising glycerol, polyethylene glycol and sodium tripolyphosphate. The invention also relates to the method for producing said membrane and to a method for preventing the fermentation of products inside the packaging container.
