PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart excellent transparency and barrier properties having water vapor permeability of specified value or less, by forming an incomplete aluminum oxide area and a complete aluminum oxide area on a transparent plastic film in the layer thickness direction. SOLUTION: An aluminum oxide vapor layer 21 is formed on a transparent plastic film 20. A complete aluminum oxide area 21A and an incomplete aluminum oxide area 21B are formed in the layer thickens direction, where the complete aluminum oxide area 21A is formed on the plastic film 20 side. The thickness of a metallized layer 21 is 200-2000Å, and the thickness of the incomplete aluminum oxide area 21B is preferably 25-100Å. To improve gas barrier properties of a metallized film, aqueous coat is provided on the metallized layer 21. The thickness of the coat is preferably 0.01-50μm for barrier properties and flexibility. The water vapor permeability is 2 g/m<2> .day or less.
