PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger with fins which is considerably improved in heat exchange capacity by improving the form and manufacturing method of the heat exchanger with fins to enclose the largest possible heat exchanger with fins in a limited space of an indoor unit of an air conditioner, particularly in a space with a small depth, and which allows water, condensed on the surfaces of the fins when used as an evaporator, to smoothly flow down along the fins. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger with fins is constituted to allow condensed water to easily flow along the fins by forming approximately V-shaped fins of a front face side heat exchanger 20 and approximately rectangular fins of a back face side heat exchanger 40, wherein the shortest distance between the windward leading edge or windward trailing edge of each fin, and the outer diameter center of heat exchanger tubes 11 closest to the linear parts of the windward leading edge and windward trailing edge of the fin, is not constant in the same heat exchanger tube row.
