<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appropriate size of a transistor formed in a pixel so as to allow a mobility correction function to normally operate. <P>SOLUTION: In a correction period when a control signal DS is applied to a scanning line DS to turn on a switching transistor Tr4 after a control signal WS is applied to a scanning line WS to turn on a sampling transistor Tr1 to start sampling a signal voltage Vsig, until the sampling transistor Tr1 is turned off, a driving current exiting from a drive transistor Trd is subjected to negative feedback to a pixel capacitor Cs so as to correct a signal potential Vsig held in the pixel capacitor Cs according to the mobility μ of the drive transistor Trd. The size of the switching transistor Tr4 is made larger than the size of the drive transistor Trd so that the on-resistance of the switching transistor Tr4 is lower in the above described period than the on-resistance of the drive transistor Trd. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
