<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve hitting feeding by a simple method without lowering of performance of a club head and without limitation on the degree of freedom of head design by providing an ultraviolet hardened resin layer having a specified length and thickness in at least one or more areas on the longitudinal outer peripheral surface of a shaft. SOLUTION: As a shaft 1, shafts of various material qualities such as a steel shaft or the like as well as a carbon shaft can be used. A layer of an ultraviolet hardened resin 2 is formed cylindrical on the tip of a shaft 1 or a grip part on the longitudinal outer peripheral surface of a pipe-like shaft 1 and installed, the longitudinal length is set to 15-150 mm, and the thickness is set to 1-4 mm. In the case where the numerical values are under the lower limit value, vibration can not be prevented sufficiently, and when it exceeds the upper limit value, the weight of the shaft is increased to make it hard to swing the club, and damage the image of the appearance. The region of installing the hardened resin 2 is within a specified range from the tip end 1A of the shaft 1.</p> |
