PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating device capable of carrying out high-frequency induction heating with power transmission efficiency maintained in a high level in spite of the temperature change of a heated object, a fixing device and an image forming device equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The induction heating device is provided with a high-frequency power supply HFS outputting a high-frequency alternate current voltage with variable frequencies, an induction coil IC on which the high-frequency alternate current voltage of the high-frequency power supply HFS is impressed, the heated object HR radiating heat by being magnetically coupled with the induction coil for a secondary current to flow, and a control means CC controlling the high-frequency power supply HFS so that an output frequency is changed in accordance with the temperature rise of the heated object HR. For carrying out high-speed heating, frequencies are changed for each given time, and for maintaining a constant temperature, a temperature detecting means of the heated object is arranged at the control means CC and the frequencies are changed in accordance with the temperatures.
