PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a vinyl-polyurethaneurea resin aqueous dispersion which does not cause the separation of phases, the change of viscosity, the precipitation of insolubles, and the like, even when left for a long period, and has excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: This method for producing the vinyl-polyurethaneurea resin aqueous dispersion is characterized by simultaneously or sequentially comprising a process for preparing a composition (C) comprising an isocyanate group-containing urethane prepolymer (A) prepared by reacting an organic polyisocyanate compound (a) with a polymer polyol (b) and, if necessary, a compound (c) having at least one hydrophilic functional group and at least two active hydrogen-containing groups, and a hydrophilic functional group-having vinylic resin (B), a process for dispersing the composition (C) in a dispersing medium, and a process for elongating the urethane prepolymer (A) in the composition (C) with a chain extender.
