PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifouling agent that prevents deposition of dirt on a hard surface washed by water and enables easy removal of deposited dirt by washing with water. SOLUTION: The use of an aromatic sulfonate formalin condensate as the antifouling agent for the hard surface washable by water prevents deposition of the dirt and enables easy removal of the deposited dirt by washing with water even if dirt is deposited on the surface.
